Hey all BEERMKR_Anti-Russian Imperialist Stout - P....xlsx (119.18 KB)- here's a draft recipe for the Pravda Brewery Anti-Russian Imperial Stout I posted about on the FB group. Appreciate comments/suggestions for improvement. The spreadsheet doesn't allow for notes; I'm thinking 200g chopped/baked or boiled beetroot added in a muslin bag at crash for the borscht aspect of this brew. Dublin water profile. Brew using the Imperial Stout profile in the machine.

Roasting and using them in the mash seems to make since to me as they should contribute some nice fermentable sugars. Hopefully others with more experience using beets will chime in www.brewersfriend.com/forum/threads/funky-beet-stout.10461/
